Bio-power and post-humanism

Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to analyze the concepts of bio-power and bio-politics in the work of Michel Foucault and Giorgio Agamben, exploring its consequences for the discussion of cardinal problems of contemporary philosophy of law and political philosophy.
