COSMOPOLITISMO JURÍDICO, COSMOPOLITISMO ÉTICO E IDENTIDADE COSMOPOLITA EM UMA ABORDAGEM DE BASE KANTIANA

Este artigo tem três objetivos: (i) explicitar uma distinção entre os conceitos de cosmopolitismo ético e de
cosmopolitismo jurídico, muitas vezes indiferenciados quando se examina o conceito de cosmopolitismo
proposto por Kant; (ii) estabelecer que a particular forma de identidade que denominamos identidade
cosmopolita é o que possibilita a articulação conceitual entre cosmopolitismo ético e cosmopolitismo jurídico;
(iii) evidenciar elementos de uma ética da virtude que são indispensáveis a uma ética cosmopolita
contemporânea.
