Abstract

The objective of this paper is to present the fundamental structure of concept of the political in the context of Carl Schmitt’s theorie in Der Begriff des Politischen (1927/1932) and of dispute between realism and normativism. Therefore, I intend to show that, although strictly existential, the political realism in the schmittian theorie can reveal the structure of the modern politics and law through relation power and norms.
