Resumen

It is a descriptive qualitative study. Which objectifies the identification of doctors and nurses from a pediatric public hospital perceptions about the importance of patient access to information based on the legal code Patient’s rights. About their information right, but the professionals need to know and understand the critic autonomy of their patients or patient’s guadians. Playing both the informant and the educator role for a more humanized and democratic health care.
